Known as the Queen of Bridal Beauty in Dallas/Fort Worth, Jen Trotter is the owner and principal artist behind Lip Service Makeup, the team that snagged a coveted AACWP Vendi Award for Favorite Hair and Makeup for the 5th year in a row, landing them in the Hall of Fame. In addition to beautifying thousands (yes, thousands!) of brides over the course of her 25+ year career, Jen's work has been featured in local and national magazines, on commercials and ads for brands such as Tostitos, Girl Scouts of America, and Omni Hotels and on shows on Oxygen and the Paramount Network, ABC’s 20/20 and on Dateline NBC. The LSM team also recently beautified contestants for the finale wedding episodes of "Love is Blind" on Netflix! When it comes to weddings and beauty, she's seen it all and done it all!

As a nationally recognized bridal beauty expert and communications expert, Jen writes for a multitude of magazines and news outlets, and is also a featured speaker locally and at national conferences. She’s currently serving as The Director of Membership Retention for the Dallas Chapter of WIPA, and she’s an active member of SWP, PWG, NACE and ILEA as well.

Jen lives in Grapevine with her husband Mark, their 4 adult kids (empty nesters!) and 2 adorable and famous Lip Service mascot dogs Tank and Honey. She loves brunch food any time of day, getting massages, beach trips, watching Mark’s band play around DFW, true crime shows and a well-timed tequila shot on girls night out!
